Admissions Procedures (Transitional Kindergarten – High School)

  1. Schedule a campus/classroom visit by calling (270) 782-9552 or e-mail admissions@bgcawarriors.org
  2. Fill out an application online and pay your application fee
  3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that we received it
  4. Please have your Church Form filled out by a person of leadership in your church. This form may be faxed (270) 782-9585, e-mailed admissions@bgcawarriors.org, or mailed to 1730 Destiny Lane, Bowling Green KY 42104, ATTN: The Admissions Office.
  5. Please send a recent report card and/or test scores to admissions@bgcawarriors.org and schedule your child’s placement testing.
  6. Please submit Teacher Recommendation Forms. This form can be found via our Sycamore Portal or our website.
  7. Meet with a member of BGCA Board of Trustees or Administration. Families are also required to meet with a member of our Finance Department (upon acceptance).
  8. Once all items are received and above meetings take place, your child’s information will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
  9. Upon acceptance, you will receive an Enrollment Packet/Acceptance Letter via e-mail. Please complete the necessary packet and pay your enrollment fee.

After your child’s enrollment fee is paid, the Admissions Office will contact you in regards to scheduling classes (Middle School and High School Only).

Admissions Procedures (Early Education Center and Preschool)

  1. Fill out an application online and pay your application fee
  2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that we received it
  3. Once your application is received, we will determine if we have a spot available. (BGCA’s ECC/Preschool Program is in high demand. Due to this demand, your child may be placed on our “Wait-List”.)
  4. Upon acceptance, you will receive an Enrollment Packet/Acceptance Letter via e-mail. Please complete the necessary packet and pay your enrollment fee (if the enrollment packet is not completed by the listed deadline, your child’s spot will be given to away).
  5. After your child’s enrollment fee is paid, the Preschool Admissions Office will contact you in regards to classroom placement.
